Rising Tide™ was designed by women for women to unlock their potential and allow their unique brand of leadership emerge in powerful, generative ways.

Rising Tide™ is a series of nine 2.5-hour modules, each addressing a critical dimension of leadership specific to women.

Participants move through this journey with a cohort of women leaders, learning from each other, building courage, and raising each others’ boats.
